Cancellation Policy
I require a non refundable deposit for all clients. Deposits are collected through the booking app. *ANY CANCELLATION IS A FORFEIT OF THE DEPOSIT. Unless I cancel for some unforeseen reason. I do charge a 50% late cancellation fee for any no-shows or late cancellations made within 24 hour of the scheduled service(s). Text me as soon as possible if you will be late, 10 minutes past appointment start time is late. 15 minutes past appointment start time, you will need to RESCHEDULED. Please text me to cancel/reschedule if needed at (612)242-5598. Please note: No extra people unless they are receiving a service.
